Subordinate : PMC supervisor, production supervisors,Responsibilities:A. Meeting weekly with Belgium center supply planning team (Philips lighting), purchasing, shipping etc to discuss customer demand & delivery/shipment date requirement.B. Coordinate with center supply planning team and responsible for local supply chain planning, ensure customer requirement/changes implement immediately.C. Liaise with production and purchasing to consolidate production long/short term plan under the sales order.D. Schedule production planning strategy, evaluate and optimize monthly/weekly/daily for the whole factory against capacity following the plan. E. Make sure that the Logistic and Production are working according the plan/production order;F. Communicate with purchasing team and balance requirement and material supply, ensure components on hand/delivery available and fulfill for requirement.G. Review materials availability or shortages to support production schedule in order to keep production running efficiently and smoothly. Control material inventory on a reasonable level.H. Resolve all isues that impact customer satisfaction to identify the bottlenecks and avoid over production /purchasing.I. Leading and management prod team to meet yearly/monthly/weekly objective, ensure the sales ordersconfirm on time and finished goods delivery on target. Coordinate, balance and solve risks and conflicts in production process;J. Conducts reviews and generate reports to management regularly on manufacturing activities, performance productivity/cost/OTD/labor efficiency etc.) and results, corrective actions to delivery, material shortage and other manufacturing issues;
