Principal Responsibilities

◆ Review, develop and implement HR & ADM policies / procedures and ensure to align with company strategies. chi hair straightener

◆ Provide advisory support to line managers on people management.
◆ Identify and recruit various positions based on business needs.

◆ Establish, maintain and implement staff performance management system.
◆ Execute and enhance employee relationship activity to build an attractive company culture including launching recreation activities, handling labor disputes and conducting staff communication sessions.chi straighteners
