Staffing

◆Be accountable to fulfill responsible business unit's hiring with quality by required time line.
◆Interface with hiring manager to understand the hiring requirements, provide expertise consultation. northface outlet
◆Advise management team on recruitment guideline, offering proposal, Track and report hiring statistics.
◆Monitor sourcing and recruiting process, quality of hires, sourcing channel, cost.
◆Custodian all employment policies, process and systems are implemented align with Global/Regional/China Guideline.
◆Be supportive for special projects and other BU's staffing.
Participate in mergence project to execute HR transition:
◆Organize communications with employees, arrange interviews and career talks, conduct TownHall meeting on HR Policies & Programs.north face outlet
◆Assist to prepare compensation plan: receive HR data from client, review compensation file, agree compensation and benefit offer principle, appraise in-scope population, complete ranking, define key skills, identify retention candidates.
◆Process offer letter: prepare offer letters, agree on termination notification process with client, distribute offer letters, conduct further communication session, receive and collate offer acceptances.
◆Prepare On-Boarding activities: set up HR systems, deliver announcement of separation and onboarding process, provide onboarding employee information for labor contract preparation, arrange employee social insurance and housing fund transfer, prepare welcome pack & gifts for celebration day.
◆Conduct day 1 admin activities: sign on labor contract, hand out badge, ensure all staff has laptop or PCs, ensure access to Intranet, send out welcome mail.
◆Identify and organize HR related training including onboarding Briefing, cultural change, identify mentor to key leaders.cheap northface jackets

◆Assess and track Union issue during transition period.
